If you purchased the 24 Hour Policy and the request for refund reschedule is submitted, for any reason, with more than 24 hours until the start of class, Sawyer Ventures, LLC will issue you a full refund for all pool training fees invoiced. No refunds will be issued once class starts. Policies will apply regardless of any situation including COVID-19.
