Refund Rescheduling Policy

How to Request a Reschedule Refund:

Complete the request form available at www.scubafusion.com/refunds. Your request will be promptly reviewed and processed. An email containing reschedule refund information, confirmation and/or instructions will be sent to you at the earliest convenience.

Policies:

  1. 24-Hour Policy:

If you have purchased the 24-Hour Policy and submit a request for a refund or reschedule with more than 24 hours until the start of class, Sawyer Ventures, LLC will issue a full refund for the invoiced training fee. No refunds will be issued once the class has commenced. These policies are applicable under all circumstances, including but not limited to COVID-19. Ocean fees are subject to their own policy, as outlined on each respective product page. Refunds for eLearning will be processed if the material has not been registered on the PADI website. To initiate a cancellation and submit a refund or reschedule request, please visit www.scubafusion.com/refunds.

In the event that a request for a refund or reschedule is submitted within 24 hours from the start of class, Sawyer Ventures, LLC will refund 50% of the training fee invoiced. Again, no refunds will be issued once the class has commenced. The aforementioned policies remain in force irrespective of the circumstances, including COVID-19. Ocean fees are governed by their distinct policy available on each product page, and eLearning refunds are contingent on the material not being registered on the PADI website.   1. 5-Day Policy:

If you have opted for the 5-Day Policy, Sawyer Ventures, LLC will issue a full refund for the invoiced training fee if a request for a refund or reschedule is submitted with more than 5 days until the start of class. Similar to the 24-Hour Policy, no refunds will be issued once the class has commenced, and these policies apply under all circumstances, including COVID-19. Ocean fees are subject to their distinct policy, detailed on each product page, and eLearning refunds will be processed if the material has not been registered on the PADI website. In the event that a request for a refund or reschedule is submitted within 5 days from the start of class, Sawyer Ventures, LLC will refund 50% of the training fee invoiced. The policies regarding refunds once the class has started, irrespective of the circumstances, and the separate policy for Ocean Monterey fees remain unchanged. eLearning refunds are contingent on the material not being registered on the PADI website.
